This bill is fraught with danger. As everyone knows, the provider only provides the connections between clients and servers. Regardless of the legislation, ISPs have to say the same rights in relation to the police, downloads, and online access, as in the film and music industry must admit that I day.
The unintended consequences of implementing the law is too important and should be considered in a very public example of the use of lobbyists and political forces to protect an old business friend realities of modern technology in the world.
If passed, this legislation has made a strange resemblance to the prohibitions and restrictions on Internet access by the government of China into account.
The recording and film properly read "Go to Hell" and find your own way to protect your intellectual property without the ball to the ISP, because of their lack of know-how. It is inappropriate to rely on government solutions.

Aha .... So what?
"I read this report and pass it` s total crap. Never, Can `t be controlled, and the ISP` s $$$$$$` lose ££££££` S & P. The small ISP `s in go bankrupt so that only 3 or 4 survivors.
Either way, you will find a way around this - as usual.
if the people selling the Meidi asked a fair price of the products do not load down Nead it only costs 1p to make and produce an album. even if it is for $ 3 instead of £ 16 which sells a lot of advantages. they have only themselves to blame ............
And people will not start IP spoofing or bypass proxies to do this? After the porn comment if ... When people are in these positions (rightly) not be pursued through their credit card provider of free access, on account information and records the IP address, but when it comes to "money" - Oh no! You can not do that! Returning to the people - not just the double standard, but twisted.
But, as always, people find ways around things.
It would be interesting if, for example, is an employee of Microsoft was a possibility, a download site usage is prohibited and Microsoft does not have its Internet access anymore!
Why cut out the sites that are in first porn
If true, that's fine.
Who participates in illegal activities seem to refuse to believe that they do anything wrong.
Penalties should increase penalties for deterrence, where so far proved ineffective.
However, it is an injustice, because it is legal ways are to music etc, and is often confused with the original wording of certain laws.
I disagree, I think, is quite right that people should not download illegal content, but it is also an invasion of privacy. The government is quieter and more control over public life private. This new law will seek to penetrate our personal computers for files. I understand that piracy must be stopped, but I'm not so sure I agree with this method. But who knows, might not be so bad?
